I have parked my car in front of the hotel in Sunday and I have forgotten that Melaka need to pay parking inclusive Sunday. Luckily they helped me to pay the parking before the enforcer issue me a ticket. Thumb up!

Location is good, nearby food stall and shopping outlets.

The washing room's flushing system problem and not working.

Good location, most of city attraction in walking distance.

No breakfast option.

The toilet very dirty. No one coming for clean my room 2nd day. No wifi at 3rd floor. Shower very slow. Tv channel not clear.

The staff is nice...and the location is convenient for us to visit the attractions in malacca...

Aircondition was not cold and water from tap,etc, was flowing low. Wifi could not be connected inside the room for the top floor.

The services provided by the hotel receptionist (an old man) is good.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is terrible. The yellow stain is all over the bathroom's door. The floor is molded. Fortunately, the water heater is in good condition.

Good surrounding. Many local shops around and can walk along river banks. Only about 10 mins walk to tourist spots and the famous Jonker street.

No lifts! Shower taps water too low.

Good parking space, town center, nearby many food centers and peaceful area.

No elevators for senior citizen, bed edges are sharp may injured visitors, no small freezer (nowadays cheap), blown bulb are not replace, leaking sewage pipes in room,

No hairdryer. Floor mat very dirty, i dont think they change it after every visitor check out. Tv 14inch and no signal cant watch at all. Street very quite as far from town. No convenient store near this area.

It is old, but consider as clean. The price is relatively low compared with others hotel at nearby area.

1. The table in the room with ants always, I think they nested there... 2. The power supply failure everytime I use the water heater, I think those who live same floor with me must hate me, hehe... Well, I can bath without heater, is alright.

The hotel is very good value for the money! was clean and confortable. The staff was nice and helpful, specially the girls.

The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. The water cooler in the room, and the balcony.

Was a little shabby in places, not so clean and lots of Ants(I know this is Asia).I think if you expect a perfectly clean room then dont book. I could deal with it though. I could also here the local prayer from the Mosc in the morning.
